technology and me...

Tue May 8, 2007, 5:13 PM
...just don't mix! once something breaks everything else follows. phone, pc, camera, cd and mp3 player, even our fridge was being funny.
fixed my camera a while back so now as soon as new laptop arrives i should be posting stuff again. always fun to do that.

completely unrelated but totally in my ears right now; i never thought, ever, Antony (& the Johnsons) and Bjork's voices would sound good together. never! Dull Flame of Desire is perhaps the most beautifully touching song i've heard in years. lush and simple arrangment makes their whaling voices tickle the back of your eyes!

im visiting saudi soon and dreding like like i was getting a second circumcision there. it will probably feel like that too there. i have made my peace with things now though.

so my collage break is coming to an end and i just got back from beirut, lovely place!
it's suck a shit that my camera needs a new charger, otherwise this page would have been full of great colors and interesting people and buildings.
next time i guess...

first entry ever!

its true! this is my first entry ever!
lately i've been thinking like im not uploading my good (better) work. and so i did. i uploaded pictures that i am proud of, pictures that i like and think are good. now i feel like everytime i want to upload something i have to look something in my picture folders. not too happy about that. i think i want to add new work on here as well.
i think now i might be taking DA a bit too seriously. im on holidays now and that might be a reason for my hyperactivity on DA lately. im going philipines in 2 days and really looking forward to it. a few good shots should also come out of it (it being the trip there).
recently there has been some action in lebanon and usually a thing like that would make me sad/angry, but that's about it. this time, when this war broke out i was panicing! i was shocked, horrified, and just did not function properly for a while. happenings and images that u hear about and see on the news never really touch you unless they are close to home. both my parents are there at the time as well as a bestfriend of mine. they're are all safe now and im greatfull for that.
lebanon is a fighter and has been through worse, it will get through this even stronger than before. i just pray it's soon.
